Weekly Sermons!

What an incredible day at Golden Avenue! While Pastor Boone and Karen were away, Rev. Mitchell Wright brought a stirring sermon about then need to be strong in God's Grace from 1 Timothy 2:1-7.

Thank you to Rev. Wright and to his wife Judy for filling the gap at Golden Avenue!

Multiply Study from David Platt and Francis Chan
We have begun a new Study in Discipleship from the Director of the International Mission Board and Author-David Platt and Author and Founder of Eternity Bible College-Francis Chan. The study is titled, "Multiply. The Study continues at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, July 29th and then resumes on Sunday night, August 9th at 6:00 PM.

"Multiply" exists to serve local churches by encouraging and equipping disciples who make disciples in all nations. We do this by preparing followers of Christ to go, baptize people, and teach them to obey everything Jesus commanded including the call to make disciples. The Multiply Material is a simple, practical, biblical, helpful, and personal tool for disciples of Jesus who want to make disciples of Jesus.

Please Come Join Us!

Please come join us on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM for a wonderful time in the Lord. There is something for everyone!

The Power of Prayer
How can we pray for you? James 5:16 reminds us "the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." Our church welcomes the opportunity to seek the Lord on your behalf. The Lord Jesus reminded us to "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness": If you would email your prayer requests to our church at pastor@goldenavenue.org we will pray for you.
